Cinnabons

1kg Bread dough
½ cup Butter (melted)
½ cup Raisins
½ cup Sugar with 1tbsp cinnamon (mixed)

Take your rolling pin and roll the dough out in the shape of a rectangle.  Brush melted butter over the dough and sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar mix all over the dough. Add raisins(optional). Once you have done this you will want to roll the dough up and seal it with a little bit of water to stick during the baking process. After you have done this cut the roll into 12 equal slices and place in a greased baking tray. Set aside to rise for an hour. Brush the remaining melted butter over the unbaked cinnabons. Bake at 180*C (356*F) for 20-30mins. Make the frosting with icing sugar and water. You will want to spread the frosting on the cinnabon as soon as they have cooled but just for a few minutes as the best time to add the frosting is while they are still warm and will disolve the frosting allowing it to soak into the cinnabon.
