Moist White Microwave Cake



250ml Cake flour
12.5ml Baking powder
250ml Sugar
Pinch of salt
2 Eggs (beaten)
50ml Oil
5ml Rose/ vanilla essence
250ml Boiling water

Sift flour, baking powder, sugar and salt together. Beat eggs, oil, essence and water. Add wet ingredient to dry ingredients and mix well. Pour batter into greased microwavable ring pan. Microwave on high for 7-11 min depending on you microwave’s wattage.Turn it out onto a cooling rack and cool completely. Decorate with icing or ganache.
