Rooibos Tea Fruit Bread



2 cups Strong hot rooibos tea
500g Self raising flour
500g Dry fruit cakemix
1 cup Brown sugar
1 Egg
½ tsp Mixed spices

Dissolve sugar in tea. Soak the dried fruit in the tea overnight. Beat egg and add to fruit mixture. Add the other ingredients and mix well. Seperate mixture into  2 greased meduim size bread pans. Bake at 180*C (356*F)  for 1 hour. Pour a few tsp of brandy over baked breads(Optional)
