Chocolate Biscuit Fudge



250g Margarine (Storkbake)
500g Icing sugar
100ml Cocoa powder
2 eggs
2 packs of Marie or Tennis biscuits

Microwave the butter in a big bowl for 1 ½ min. Sift the sugar and cocoa into melted butter. Beat eggs and add to mixture.  Microwave the mixture for 2 mins at 100% power. Break the biscuits into pieces and add to hot mixture.  Pour into a greased dish 20x20cm to cool down. Put into the fridge to cool completely and cut into 3cm squares.
