White Chocolate Fudge



110g Butter
800g Castor sugar
1 can Nestle carnation creamy evaporated milk
1 Slab white chocolate
Few drops of vanilla essence

Melt butter, add sugar and evaporated milk. Heat slowly, stirring occasionally till sugar dissolves. Boil rapidly for 15-20mins. Remove from heat and beat in chocolate and essence. Pour into greased baking tray and leave to cool. Cut into squares or hearts.
