Sweetcorn Bread

(Makes one medium loaf of bread)

500 g Self rasing flour
500 ml Buttermilk
1 Tin sweetcorn
1 tsp Sugar

Mix the ingredients together and bake at
180*C (356*F) for 45min- 1 hour in a greased medium size bread pan.

Serve warm with butter or jam.
