Pork Sausage and Macaroni Stir Fry



(Serves 4 portions)

500 g Elbow macaroni

15 ml Oil
500 g Pork sausages
1 Big onion (cut into thin slices)
1 Big red apple (cut into thin slices)
15 ml Fresh parsley
175 ml Plain Yogurt
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook macaroni in salt water till cooked. Heat oil in a frying pan  and fry sausages for 10-15 min. Cut into slices when done. Mix the sausages, onion, apple and parsley flavour with salt and pepper. Cook over a low heat till warm. Serve with tomato slices for garnish.
