Quick ans Easy Scones



500 gr Self raising flour
250 ml Cream
1 can (330ml) Sprite

Heat the oven to 180*C (356*F). Mix flour and cream.

Add sprite. Do not overmix the batter.
Pour the batter into a greased muffin pan and bake
for 20-30mins.

Serve warm with cream and strawberry jam or cheese.
